How To Get Rid Of Fat Thighs
Thousands of ladies search online for solutions to get rid of fat thighs. A person can have less than flattering thighs and yet may not be necessarily obese or overweight. Why is that so? You see, accumulating fat in the thighs and hips is much easier than other parts of the body. And when a woman has fat thighs, it can be rather unattractive. If you decide that it is high time to lose the fat around your thighs, you need to understand that the exercise you engage in will focus on losing overall body fat rather than just purely on the thighs. There is just simply no single exercise that can get rid of fat thighs. It just doesn’t happen that way and so you cannot specifically target your hip or thigh only. Cardio exercises like running, jogging, skipping and cycling are excellent for losing weight and fat around those thighs. Such exercises will increase your heart rate and so increase your level of fitness. Everyone has a maximum limit to heart rate. Using simple calculations, it is actually the result of deducting your age from 220. In other words, if you are 40 years old, your maximum heart rate is 180. Your cardio exercise needs to get to at least 65% of this maximum heart rate. So using the same example, it will be 117. You will need to repeat the exercises more than 3 times per week. Each session must be at least 30 minutes. Otherwise, you are mainly losing water content and not burning your fat! Here are several exercises and tips that can help you get rid of fat thighs and hips: 1. Squats - this exercise can be done on its own or with dumbbells. 2. Stepper - this is excellent for losing thigh fat as it places emphasis on the buttock muscles. 3. Weight-Lifting - if your health and physical strength permit, lifting weights can help to tone your entire body, making you look trim and fit. Such a form of exercise will build muscles which in turn boost your metabolism. This will result in you burning more calories. 4. Reduce your intake of carbohydrates. Eat less rice, pasta and potato. Switch to brown carbohydrates like whole grain bread and sweet potatoes. Consume more protein, like eggs, chicken and fish. Following these simple exercises and diet changes, you can get rid of fat thighs faster than you think.
