10 Ways To Lose Weight

Many people want to look better and be healthier. So here are 10 ways to lose weight that anyone can apply.

1. Set Realistic Goals

Setting realistic goals in your weight loss plan will increase your chances of success. Do not start setting a weight loss goal of 20 pounds in a month. Chances are you will not achieve it, and you may lose heart and give up altogether. Set goals that you know, with a little nudge and persistence, you can meet.

2. Train Wigh Weights

Weights are excellent for building muscles and increasing your metabolism. This in turn will burn more calories and fats.

3. Account To A Friend

Share your plan with a friend who can check your progress. It is best that you can find a like- minded buddy who also has intentions to lose weight. This allows you to spur each other on.

4. Consume Less Carbs

Bread, pasta and cakes are out! Avoid them at all costs!

5. Avoid Coffee, Beverages and Soft Drinks

Avoid these sweet drinks.

6. Avoid Junk Food

Fast food and snacks like chips and ice- cream are out for you. These are known to add extra pounds.

7. Avoid Fried Food

Fried foods are best avoided. Grill or boil your food instead.

8. Eat More Than 3 Meals

Instead of eating 3 heavy meals, spread them into 5 or 6 smaller meals. This helps your body to distribute the calories and burn your fat and weight better.

9. Exercise At Least 3 Times Per Week

Working out at least 3 times a week will help you lose weight more quickly than you think.

10. Keep A Calorie Intake Count

Record your daily calorie intake and match it with the physical activity you engage in everyday.
